2017 Hangzhou International Statistical Symposium

Date: November 2-3, 2017 (Registration on November 1)

To promote statistical academic exchange and cooperation between China and Japan, 2017 Hangzhou International Statistical Symposium will be held in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China, November 2-3, 2017. The topics include all aspects of statistical theory, methods and applications. Participants will be statisticians from Chinese and Japanese universities and research institutes.

 

 Organized by

Chinese organizer of this symposium is Chinese Association for Computational Statistics under Chinese Association for Applied Statistics, and Japanese organizers are Japan Statistical Society and Japanese Society of Computational Statistics.

 

 Registration Fee

Registration fee is 1200 Yuan RMB per person (paid in RMB cash on-site).  Registration on November 1, 2017.

 

 Accommodation

The local committee can help you to order the hotel rooms of Hangzhou Huagang HNA Resort same as the venue.  The local committee wishes to know early the number of hotel rooms and the staying dates for all participants, and so please send your room order to Prof. Kuroda by emails at kuroda@mgt.ous.ac.jp as early as possible.

 Paper Submission Guidelines and submission deadline

Submitted papers should be unpublished before November 2017.  Papers should be written in English.  For the format of paper, please read the sample paper. Your paper should be 1 to 4 pages in A4 size, without printing page numbers.  Also, you need to attach a cover page with detailed information such as title, name of author in English, institute, address, phone number and email.

The PDF files of papers should be submitted to Prof. Kuroda by emails at kuroda@mgt.ous.ac.jp before October 15.  Please mark in subject region of the email with Submission for 2017 Hangzhou International Statistical Symposium.
